The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was close to the city center and just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast provided a delicious spread of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving me tips on getting around and even allowing me to store my bags after checkout until the evening.

The owner was fantastic. Easy check-in/check-out. Great knowledge of the area and attractions. Lovely and clean room with daily service. Convenient location within walking distance. Bonus: air conditioning, fruit juice, and yogurt in fridge.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Rome! The attention to detail from the staff was outstanding. They provided all the basic amenities you could need, including free wifi and even a complementary bottle of their own label wine. The king size bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, and they even offered extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options to choose from. the value for money was excellent.
Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more!

The service at the hotel has been inconsistent, with some guests experiencing issues such as rooms not being cleaned and miscommunication regarding dinner reservations.
